Observ\u00f3 que las ratas dom\u00e9sticas, en general, nadaban durante un corto periodo de tiempo antes de rendirse, mientras que ratas salvajes o aquellas que hab\u00edan sido sometidas previamente a situaciones dif\u00edciles mostraban una resistencia mucho mayor, nadando durante per\u00edodos m\u00e1s extensos de tiempo antes de rendirse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uno de los giros m\u00e1s inesperados del experimento ocurri\u00f3 cuando, justo antes de que las ratas se rindieran y se ahogaran, las sacaban del agua. Richter encontr\u00f3 que estas ratas, que hab\u00edan experimentado un &#8220;rescate&#8221;, pod\u00edan nadar mucho m\u00e1s tiempo en su segundo intento comparadas con su primer intento o comparadas con ratas que no hab\u00edan sido rescatadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esto mostr\u00f3 como el mero hecho de saber que fueron rescatadas les daba a las ratas una nueva esperanza o motivaci\u00f3n de continuar, aumentando as\u00ed significativamente su capacidad para luchar contra la adversidad y mantenerse nadando por m\u00e1s tiempo sin ahogarse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esto nos deja con dos preguntas obligatorias: \u00bfC\u00f3mo puede cambiar mi situaci\u00f3n si logro sembrar una semillita de posibilidad? \u00bfSer\u00e1 esta la clave para la resiliencia inagotable?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tres estrategias te ayudar\u00e1n a implementarlo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identifica fuentes de posibilidad de logro y af\u00e9rrate a ellas. Repite una y otra vez en tu mente esa posibilidad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crea pausas con prop\u00f3sito que te sirvan para recuperar fuerzas y renovar el compromiso por la meta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reconoce tus peque\u00f1os logros como si fuese esa mano amiga que te saca del agua cuando est\u00e1s a punto de ahogarte. &nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El secreto para la resiliencia inagotable vive, cuando se cultiva diariamente, en nuestras mentes.
